Healthy Mexican traditional cuisine

Existen infinitas opciones de comida saludable dentro de la cocina típica mexicana. Visita el fin de semana un mercado y regálate una comida deliciosa, nutritiva y con ingredientes frescos.

 

En este desayuno, predominan las verduras con el jugo verde y la flor de calabaza de la quesadilla, la porción de dos tortillas de maíz es excelente y el picadillo de res, para cubrir la porción de proteína, que podría ser también pollo, queso o frijoles.

Mexico counts with an enormous traditional healthy culinary offer. When in Mexico, you can visit a traditional market, "mercado", and have breakfast or lunch, prepared with local fresh products containing highly nutritious ingredients.

 

This weekend I had a breakfast mainly composed by veggies (green juice and zucchini flower), a perfect carbs portion with the 2 tortillas and the protein covered by the beef picadillo, which could also be exchanged for cheese or beans.
